u right tho..white privilege just some tumblr bullshit..def. not applicable in the real world..damn

If you read the article, it states that customers in the WalMart called 911 when they saw John Crawford walking around pointing a rifle at people.

The drama unfolded on Tuesday night after a witness at the scene told a 911 dispatcher that a man with a rifle was near the pet supplies section and appeared to be loading a firearm.

‘There is a gentleman walking around with a gun in the store. … He’s, like, pointing it at people,’ the witness said.

But that’s not all!

Later in the call, sounds like gunshots can be heard, followed by someone screaming for people to leave.

Authorities say a customer also died after suffering a medical problem during the evacuation of the store Tuesday. Police identified her as Angela Williams, 37, of Fairborn.

Wal-Mart spokeswoman Brooke Buchanan said by email Wednesday that the company is working with investigators and is “deeply saddened about the loss of life.”

Beavercreek police said initial investigations indicate the officers responded appropriately. State investigators will review the shooting.

After the shooting, Chief Dennis Evers, Beavercreek police Department, said: ‘Officers confronted the subject inside the store area near the pet supplies holding a rifle. The officers gave verbal command to the subject to drop the weapon.

'The subject later identified as John Crawford was shot after failing to comply with the officer's commands.'.

According to the International Business times, the rifle he was holding was no mere toy, but a BB/pellet rifle which typically are designed to resemble real firearms, which would explain the panic in the store (that killed a customer, mind you) when he started pointing it at people and opened fire with it. Local news indicates that it was the Crosman MK-177 air pump rifle, pictured below

Tell me, if you were at walmart and you turned into an aisle to see a man pointing the above at you, would you believe it were a toy gun?

When police responded to 911 calls, they confronted him and told him to put it down. He allegedly failed to do so and police responded appropriately.

In the past several years, mass shootings in America have escalated and it seems like  that was exactly what this situation appeared like to responding authorites.

So what kind of fucking moron looks at this situation and assumes police brutality, then makes this image set to perpetuate this tactless nonsense. The suspect was pointing a lifelike rifle at people, caused a panic that killed someone, and you fucking look at this and wish to defend the shithead as if OH HE MERELY PICKED UP A NERF GUN AND GOT SHOT FOR IT MOMENTS LATER!!!

Fuck off with your disinformation, tumblr. Think critically and check sources when you make posts like this.

Now, about open carry and so called white privilege:

The individuals in the top photo in the photo set and the ones above are not walking around in public with their weapons raised, pointing at people and being confrontational with authorities. Notice how they are being relaxed and either holstering or slinging their weapons behind their backs? That is the key difference between these people and the fucking dumbfuck whos running around a walmart pointing a a tactical rifle at people and opening fire. Get your shit straight.

Bless you sir

Before you say yes, get him angry. See him scared, see him wanting, see him sick. Stress changes a person. Find out if he drinks and if he does, get him drunk - you’ll learn more about his sober thoughts. Discover his addictions. See if he puts you in front of them. You can’t change people, baby girl. If they are made one way, it doesn’t just wear off. If you hate how he acts when he’s out of it now, you’re going to hate it much worse eight years down the road. You might love him to bits but it doesn’t change that some people just don’t fit.

  1. I left my favorite pair of underwear at your house. I know your mother hates me, can I come pick them up?
  2. It’s been almost a month and I still miss you like a fucking limb.
  3. I didn’t know my bones could ache until I met you.
  4. You know, a week before we broke up, do you remember? I had bought a book of poetry. You asked why I didn’t read something more interesting and I could feel my insides splinter.
  5. You said poetry was all lies dressed up to sound pretty. When I look at you these days, I want to ask if sadness sounds pretty to you too.
  6. It’s 3 a.m. and this alcohol tastes like you.
  7. I saw you staring at me today during Lit class. I smiled at you and you didn’t smile back. I almost cried.
  8. The girl who sits next to me smells like you.
  9. I miss you.
  10. I have never had so many bad nights.
  11. Sometimes I write poetry about you on the internet. Strangers who have never met either of us think you’re cruel – they tell me if they had the honor of loving me, we’d have sex three times a day and they’d scream my name when they came.
  12. They think it is beautiful, how I am broken. I don’t think they understand.
  13. You used to tell me I was beautiful. I tried saying it in the mirror the other day, but it sounded wrong without your mouth wrapped around it.
  14. Everything I say sounds wrong without your mouth wrapped around it.
  15. We were never in love, but, oh God, we could have been.
